炒菜时什么时候放姜蒜葱合适?
中餐炒菜的大概炒菜顺序:
1.烧热油和锅
2.大葱、生姜、蒜、各种椒,爆香
3.放主料炒脱生
4.料酒、酱油、醋,去腥上色调味
5.家常菜可以加高汤或者水焖熟
6.盐、糖、味精、鸡精等调味
7.勾芡
8.撒葱花
