吃洋葱的好处与坏处
洋葱是一种集营养、医疗和保健于一身的特色蔬菜。洋葱含有杀菌利尿降脂降压抗癌等生物活性物质。能舒张血管、减轻外周和冠状血管阻力,有降低血压的作用;洋葱中含有的甲磺丁脲有降低血糖的作用;洋葱中含硒量较高具有抗癌作用等。另外还能减肥作用。
